If you are not getting ticket in any train between (SL class ) NDLS/DLI - CNB/ALD/MGS/PNBE. Try booking your ticket in this train. There is a great chance of getting tickets comfirmed even if you buy ticket 1 day before journey or even on the journey date ( if ticket available ). Due to Pooled Waiting Quota between these stations no worries for RAC and berthmultiplexing used in I.R tickets of short journey get confirmed easily.

one of the best section controlling by ER and ECR.
Departed HWH late by 2:05 hours.
Arrived Mughalsarai 1:40 hours late.

usually off-schedule trains don't get priority, this is what i have seen and experienced also. examples, late running NDLS-BBS Rajdhani overtook by NDLS - ALD Duranto, late running DBRT Rajdhani looped for the gang of six high speed trains. Brahmaputra Mai overtaking late running Shiv Ganga, Swatantrata, Magadh, Rewa & Purushottam and etc etc.

and slack is not the reason for cut in delays, if trains don't get priority then even a train having avg below 35 kmph between two stations may run late by hours. there is something section controlling.

for those who blame NCR-Allahabad Division for the delayed running of this train.
NCR - ALD/JHS Report.
Reached Mughalsarai - 33 minutes late and departed 35 minutes late.

its not about CR, WCR, ER, ECR this is something for people who blindly blame NCR for every reason. A dog dies in their area, NCR is responsible. Water not coming in their toilet flush NCR is responsible. Train running late, NCR is responsible.
