Yes sir but point is not of bankers but slot. They say track is congested so no more passenger trains but freights they can run as many as they wish.
You are right, they said it many times that ghat under SWR has preference of freights over passenger train. May be they are thinking of earning equal to freights by this charter train and it will be only one train from Kulem to Castlerock connecting to 56962. Old trail charter was running same around 10 am from kulem to dudhsagar, tourist will be provided lunch at falls station and in return it will reach kulem around 5 pm to catch 56965 to goa or even Goa Exp can be made official to halt at dudhsagar so that people can board back to there destination Pune/Bhopal/Delhi/Bengaluru.
Lets hope sir this charter train is a hit and its success prompt SWR to change their minds later to allow atleast VSG HYB train.
There is one hope, as soon as this charter starts, they should push for doubling completion in ghat and this can bring up new pax trains.
Doubling works will start here most probably after completion of Hospet Tinaighat stretch.
