Such incidence does happen now and then in some or the other part of our country. We must make it a habit to confirm that no train is in sight in both directions before entering an open manned level crossing. Not using mobile esp. while walking or driving through LC/ crossing Rly crossing is absolutely essential, as we may not be able to hear the horn of approaching train. Several persons talking on mobile persons had met fatal accidents at level crossings over the years.
