Like Kolkatta Tram it shall be operated in the road sector for the benefits of the passengers.
It is an old siding to move items to Khadki Cant. area, from Khadki yard, was mostly unused and actually is a track crossing the old highway. Railways was at fault that no one manned the movement (unintended, it may be) on the road.
