Not sure if even fencing will deter the miscreants! They have the urge, the compulsion to cause destruction and misery to the passengers. It is like an itch, an addiction to break the law. I remember, around 10 years back, I witnessed to two stone pelters being detained and interrogated by MGS RPF. They were unable to answer why they were throwing stones at the passenger coaches.
I am telling you we humans have the natural propensity to cause mischief and pain to others. And add to that in a country like India where most people lack basic civic sense and responsibility and where the 'bheed'-tantra rules.

I was happy that only train wasnt affected but then this happened. I travelled in VB from SBC to MAS on 26th Feb. I saw that Karnataka police personnel were deployed all along on the tracks till Devanagonthi to avert any untoward incident. Also, at KPD, TN police boarded and conducted a thorough check of the rake.
Oh ok.... I hope some action will be taken soon for these miscreants..
