** Fourth line construction going on in 206 kms long Bilaspur-Jharsuguda section at good pace.
** About 75kms long fourth line is already commissioned. Figure will go up to 85 kms after Non-interlocking works at Sakti station is completed by 18th August.
** The Third and fourth lines of BSP-JSG section shall ultimately become part of the porposed East-West Dedicated Freight corridor between Dankuni (Howrah) & Palghar (Near Mumbai), the construction of which is likely to be taken up after commissioning of JNPT (Mumbai) -Dadri(Delhi) and Ludhiana-Sonnagar Dedicated Freight Corridors.
