Better Communication at Stations Free of Cost : Wi-Fi system has been provided at Pandabeswar and Ukhra stations with single access point. This has been done at six stations by RAILTEL for passengers' use by their CSR. Shri P K Mishra, DRM requested to cover more such stations.As a sustained drive to provide enhanced amenities to our esteemed passengers, Asansol division has started providing Free wi-fi service even at small stations like Kulti, KumarDhubi,Andal, Ukra,Pandweshwar and Siuri.Wi-fi services at these locations are enabled with one Access point in concourse area near booking office where passengers generally gather for ticketing etc. Access points are having 4Mbps (1:1) Bandwidth allowing more than 100 users at a time with No time restriction. Progress of khana-pakur railway electrification is very fast in this financial year.work is almost done except some short.so i guess in the month of aug/sept'15 we see that santiniketan exp and sahid exp will hauled by WAP-7 loco and many intercity exp(like sdah-rph) ,visvabharati will hauled by WAP/WAM-4 loco.I think about some of the train.
