Yes, that's correct. At the time you made this TL Entry, the TT had the old timings. But you had ALREADY submitted a previous TL Entry /timeline/entry/1380511 on May 3 which was Confirmed yesterday. This entry is a duplicate of your other TL Entry.

Yes, there was a long-standing issue, and a stale page was being shown sometimes. The bug has now been fixed. It should not occur again. Pl. inform if you come across this issue again.
