Agreed but then there are some crazy unexplained COs For eg: Consider MMR Ankai single line. From MMR to Ankai it has a PSR of 50 while in Up direction viz Ankai MMR, the PSR is 10 kmph.

Also a long stretch way before SNSI has a PSR of 10 kmph.

will have to actually work on this section post MMR for a clear run even at 110 MPS so that travel time can be shelved and attract more patronage. They will have to do this work urgently considering Samruddhi Expressway in mind which is nearing completion.
