KKRAlwaysDestroyTeamIndia~ 1623 blog postsOne thing sure JDU always advocated merging of Tejas & Shatabdi Trains with Vande Bharat Trains so that operations becomes smooth. We can expect if JDU gets Railway ministry all the Tejas & Shatabdi Trains becoming Vande Bharat Trains (without current number change). Same case for all Janshatabdi Trains becoming Vande Metro Trains in the upcoming 5 years.
can you share supporting documents where JD(U) advocated merging of Tejas & Shatabdi Trains with Vande Bharat Trains ?

It is a great idea infact there should be only two categories of premium trains seating class and sleeper class.
Jan Shatabdi, Shatabdi, VB merged in one category and Rajdhani, Duronto, AC SF, Garib Rath merged in another category.
But did JDU really say that thing ?

देश की पहली कॉरपोरेट ट्रेन तेजस एक्सप्रेस बदहाली का शिकार है। टूटे शीशे, गायब साइनबोर्ड, बदबूदार शौचालय और खराब ऑटोमेटिक दरवाजे ट्रेन की पहचान बन चुके हैं। यात्रियों ने सोमवार को शिकायत दर्ज कराई कि एग्जीक्यूटिव क्लास ई-1 का विंडो शीशा टूटा है, साइनबोर्ड नदारद हैं। ऑटोमेटिक दरवाजे भी काम ही नहीं करते हैं। शौचालय से बदबू उठती है... इससे बैठना मुहाल हो रहा है। फिर भी कमियों को दुरुस्त नहीं कराया गया। बता दें, लखनऊ जंक्शन से दिल्ली के बीच तेजस एक्सप्रेस...

Is worth spending twice [1.5k ] on this train worth it compared to Gomti's CC which is at Rs 750? Once can get 2A for 1.5k and 1A for 2k which is way superior than any sitting class accomodation.
Traveling in 3rd, 2nd, 1st ac is always far better experience than chair car👏
