Sawaal hai ki Railways ko pata hai ki kisi bhi festival (Sankranti, Holi, Ganesh Chaturthi, Dussehra, Diwali, Chaath) mein rush hoti hai, toh fir booking kyun nahi shuru karte 6 se 8 hafte pehle? Non-AC classes mein limited travellers hai jo tech-friendly hain, unko special trains ke operations ke baare mein pata nahi hota jinhe mostly sirf 7 se 10 din pehle shuru kiya jaata hai. Agar demand ke hisab se booking periodically shuru karenge toh yeh situation control ho sakti hai, lekin railway board ke anusar "Sab changa si".
