Arpit~ 1197 blog postsSometimes I think IR is being partial and benefits some special zones where as there are other zones which also need the same amenities. For example WCR needed many things which could happen years before. One of them is LHB rakes. All we know that WCR is best in cleaning and maintainance of coaches. First ISO certified train belongs to WCR. It is one of the best zones in terms of punctuality. Still we have single LHB rake that too of DD which runs almost out of WCR territory While I heard a news of allocation of LHB to a Jansadharan Express in some Zone. I don't say equip all our trains with LHB but some of our trains like GONDWANA, MPSK, SHAN-e-Bhopal, Rewanchal should run with LHB. By this Time only one LHB rake is with WCR That too of DD and No one is sure with its future.

agree with u bro as now SECR also got an LHB spl train between BSP-BGKT so y WCR is not getting any spls or existing trains into LHB dont knw y IR is still sleeping for LHB allocation to WCR as of now only still running train of frm WCR is NDLS-BPL shatabdi but that too is of NR zone so wen those days will come wen we can see LHB trains on ALD/COI/PNBE-STA-KTE-JBP-ET-CSTM/South stns.or BPL-ET-CSTM/LTT/South sections or other routes of WCR and LHB's r being allocated time to time to other zones but WCR is purely neglected and even today WCR is not having any Passing/terminating LHB train so its a big negligence by IR and atleast some well maintnd trains shud b convertd to LHB asap
let me tell you something,the spl you are talking about is actully a budget 2013 announced train {biweekly} ,but still running as spl. it took 1 yr for railways to give rakes to that train,after that SECR discovered that railways has sent them wrong coaches. now after 1 more yr,the correct coaches arrived. the train is the only LHB train passing from SECR{apart from HWH duruntos}. the requirement to run both trains{bsp bgkt and bsp bkn} are 80 LHB coaches{4 rakes} which itself is not a short amount considering railways had capacity of 300 coaches per yr at that time.
here im NOT saying that wcr dont need LHB,but due to shortage of those coaches it cant be given to every zones,but...

Recently I heard that Kushinagar exp 11016 will get LHB. That's why the question arised why an ordinary Exp getting LHB before a SF. They should do one thing provide LHB to SF and use its old rake with an exp.
