Has it ever happened that a confirmed ticket has been changed to WL/RAC on chat preparation or a ticket has been Downgraded on chart preparation ???

Yes, in case the scheduled coach wasnt available & same class coach wasnt arranged by IR & hence degradation!!
For 1 AC, it has been seen degradation & it was quoted to be done to adjust HO level traveler!!
Although to refine such example @ vast IRI Forum base..is quite a mammoth task in itself!!

Yes this happened wd my friend in Mahabodhi 12397 his rac tckt degraded in wl just because on dt day mb was running with icf coach instead of lhb (this is our assumption might be some other reason also exist for downgrading)
