They can work out like:
1. Amrapali Exp: It divert after CNB..a slightearly DEP ex ASR would keep no struggle with CDG Shatabdi & Raj gangs..an hour early move could save this train million seconds!!
2. Poorva: BSB-->DHN & ALD-->PNBE..Early DEP would make it non-blocked..via BSB-DHN, all Raj already would hav passed while it reach MGS..via ALD-PNBE, it remain ahead of Raj till MGS!!

more... Vikramshila could join after SK & in any case, shld pass ALD b4 Shivganga!!
But do IR or Ministry look after these mild changes whch could work wonder?? Just excuse of congestion & no rectification..& slwly non-congested route too are prone to heavy delay..
