i saw a very bad situation...The loco driver was chewing some red beetle leaves and when the train wasn going slowly through a station, he spat and the stain fell on the face of a rich woman, wearing lot of jewellery and going for marriage....very angry...

Loco drivers are very experienced travellers who need to stand and keep alert watch on track. And they are knowing the rule of descency. They also know which side platform comes and which side is 'free to spit' even when train is moving in the platform at slow speed. It is improblable that driver could have erred like this. Even if driver did spit, it was not a 'targetted spittal'. Just a mishap. Yet driver is at fault, and IR can be sued for causing distress due to improper behaviour of driver on duty.

interlocking of Aluwae Station is somewhat like this and no interlocking between Up track and Down track after the station ttowards TCR side

No reports came on news papers....

small mis behaviour of the passenger towards the woman comes in Newspapers.. Still no such incident has been so far reported....
