It is not that the Railway was not informed about the situation of the bridge. But it seems that Railways have put a selective filter in their social media handle where they address problems only to close the ticket, which is generated post every request. And who knows whether any ticket was generated or not, to inform the officials and take action for the concern raised via twitter almost an year ago, for the same bridge.
"Accidents caused due to Failure of railway staff" carries the highest percentage share of causes of railway accidents in Indian Railways system. Till when will such candles be required because of such failures, is the real question.
