The passergers are correct. The issue is not of LHB or ICF, its the seating arrangement and the non alignment of windows with the seats.
The Karnavati exp also has similar coaches. Seats are good but while stepping out of the seats inconveniences the next seated passengers.
Window seat is a gamble, you may have a window but still the window will elude you as it will be in front or back or no window at all when its a seat between 2 windows. Again keeping it open or closed...
more... often is a matter of cooperation between the shared seats of same window. With this arrangement the old ICF rake seating style was definately better. The seating problem with ICF rake style was when the railways made it 3x3 arrangement from earlier 3x2.
