The way zones like WCR and NWR have been needlessly extending their special trains tenure instead of regularizing them it requires some genuine local political pressure to save money from people's pocket.
At least, for trains like this which have been announced in budget 3-4 years back , regularising process should be started on urgent basis.
I mean to audit and analyze a train's patronage and profit viability, two seasons are more than enough.
