Just imagine same track pr 160 aur 110 wali train chali to kya route efficiency hogi? 110 ka to logic hi nhi hai. Tab tak ICF coaches negligible ho jayegi. LHB 130 se chal hi skti hai fir jabardasti 110 kyu chalegi 160 ke route pe. Current policy is to allow max safe speed for coach and track. 110 ka limit jabaradasti laane se delay hi hoga aur loss bhi. So leave all this to future. Pehle track to 160 ke layak ho.
