TSGENCo is building a mega power plant of Total capacity of 800x5 4000MW at Damacherla near Vishnupuram. If coal linkage is from Kothagudem area of Singareni coal fields the the line from Motumari to VSHP with get piriority for doubling. The power project is due to completed inphases from 2023 already delayed by couple of years. If sufficient coal is not available then alternate coal source is Ramagundam area so a bypass line at pagidipalli will also see light in next 2 yrs as is done at Motumari which is a Calcium carbonate line from Jaggiapet to Vizag Steel plant.
