We were trailing the 12964 Udaipur City - H. Nizamuddin Mewar Express right from Mathura Jn., and weren't allowed to go ahead of it. It was mostly a stop-start-stop kind of run. And to top it off, the Legendary Speed demon of these parts, Bhopal Shatabdi Express (New Delhi - Rani Kamlapati), was halted at Ballabgarh, in Haryana. Instead of cruising past us at 150kmph, it accelerated past quite demurely.
I for one, was thoroughly disappointed at this, more so because, the train had significant clearance ahead of it, track was empty...
