Agree that KRNT has only 3PF and starting more trains as origin is a genuine bottleneck but the same can be opened up with minor adjustments. Tunga has enough time to get extend to Dhone 53km which has all basic facilities( an intercity to Guntur also starts) to halt trains for few hours. When stations midway like Jasidh Jalna are being choosen to introduce long distance trains without any pit lines facilities and empty rakes towed from a distance why not do this?
