Can anyone explain, during charting, how does a WL ticket gets to Final RAC? I mean, at the time of charting, suppose the status of ticket is GNWL 20.
When the chart is prepared, the final status is RAC- S1 - 55.
Have also seen many people here predicting a WL ticket as RAC.

How

By checking availability in different quotas member get some idea whether it will remain in WL or move to RAC status or Confirm status.

All waiting list tickets goes into RAC first and then after clearing RAC quota it’ll be confirmed.
So during charting we can predict little low waitlisted tickets can land in RAC while less RAC ticket can also be confirmed.

It depends on quota, in General Quota, RAC is always there before WL, whereas in Pooled Quota, there is no RAC and after exhaustion of seats it goes straight to WL. Most Remote Quotas also don't have RAC but some Remote quotas which start from big stations may have RAC also.
.
Also RAC doesn't exists in seating classes and 1AC

1 compliments
Agree
For 2S, CC, EC & 1A the seats jump from confirm to WL
But for all other classes it passes from Confirm to RAC to WL
Also few seats quota which falls under Pooled Quota (PQWL) goes from confirm to WL but confirmation of those waiting tickets are also very less.

These days, every other day, we are getting requests from members to allow email login to their FB-based IRI account. 10 years ago, we had given the option for users to login through FaceBook - in retrospect, this was a mistake. These days, apparently, users are quitting FaceBook in droves because...
