Agree.. I guess takers from NLR to TPTY will be comparatively lesser.

Similarly for return, NLR..GNT quota should be merged into one

There should be separate quota for NLR Ong as and when the demand is more during seasons from Tirupati it will be fully booked by return travellers in advance giving no choice for NLR Ogl.
