Yes, everybody has come to their own conclusions since yesterday only.
Actually Coromandal was to pass through mainline only at full speed but due to some corrosion and technical issues the point remained stuck for loopline and hence Coromandal entered loopline at full mps leading to the disaster. In the meantime Yesvantpur express had almost crossed but it's last 3 coaches got caught in the chaos. But the most important point is that GS coach of both train suffered most which are always crowded.
