Is there any way to find the seats which are vacant for a particular date are Lower or not in 3AC?? As I have to book tickets 3AC in 12628 with my parents and from Ndls to KPG on 29th Sept 2023 with my parents and there is only 7 seats left but not sure if these are lower one or not. Can anyone guide me.

In addition to feedback from Vinay (visiting nearest reservation center), you can try booking a e-ticket with condition like book only of two LB berths are available.

General Quota there are 7 Berths Avbl as of and in Lower Berth/Senior Citizen Quota there are 21 berths available... Book them.
.
Just use Lower Berth/Senior Citizen option in quota drop down menu & during booking opt for booking with " book only if two LB berths are alloted" drop down option under reservation choice.
