Is Indian Railway robbing the pocket of poor people?

Is it incorrect to charge Express train fare from passenger trains passegers?

Here is a pic attached with a quick comparison of Fareed Express of Pakistan Railway and Vikramshila Express in Indian Railways.

First one travel from Lahore to Karanchi in Pakistan and second one travel from Anand Vihar to Bhagalpur in Bharat.

Pakistan Railways use 3 type of coaches in Fareed Express. Economy Coaches are non AC coaches with 6 seats for sleeping and 2 side seats for sitting in each bay. Same in Standard Class but with Air Conditioning.

Business Class in Pakistan Railways is almost similar with 1st AC in Indian Railways but in each cabin, 1st AC coach has only 4 seats but Pakistan Business Class has 6 seats.

Here by checking fare, you can consider that Government is looting poor people or rich class?

Next time do some reseach and homework before calling someone IT Cell blaah blaah

attaching pics of fare of Karachi express it clearly mentions 6700 pkr which is roughly around 2000 inr but comparing it with ir for 1090 km a normal express train like udz kurj the fare will be around 3300 for 1st ac which is literally 1.5x of pr ac sleeper i know fare might have changed now as this fare chart is from 2021

No doubt fare of First AC is higher in India. Not only that fare of 2nd AC and 3rd AC is also just average and not low.

If we compare the standard fare of different countries I world then it appears that fare of General and Sleeper is really too much low and I don't think that there will be any other country in world which can provide so much cheaper transport .

It might be because of higher gdp per capita maybe that's why there is so much difference same can be said for other comparisons maybe sri lanka would have higher fares than ir because sri lanka gdp per capita is around 4000 usd ,no doubt sl and gs coaches are running at subsidised rates ,fares of sl and gs should be increased by atleast 30-40%.
