See that very narrow NO.1 Section that is JNU-SLN-LKO-MB which comes under Northern Railway, Its high time it should be given to either NER or NCR, not MB but atleast JNU-SLN-LKO section for must because NR doesnt do anything usefull in this area, most of the track section From JNU TO MB all the way is capped at 100 km/hr speed comparing to 130 for NCR for the main line routes and many more the list seems to never end
