Senior Divisional Commercial Manager briefed him about the division's performance in November and the current financial year. During the meeting, the Principal Chief Commercial Manager discussed various aspects of passenger amenities, like reducing the number of passenger complaints and resolving them quickly, encouraging passengers to travel with tickets, and improving the parcel system. He also gave suggestions to boost the railway's revenue through loading, booking, and checking. He congratulated the Dhanbad division on achieving first place in loading and earnings in the entire Indian Railways in November and the current financial year. Senior DOM, Coal Area Manager, Assistant Commercial Manager, CTI, CIT, and other employees were present on this occasion.
