Yes. Heavy Iron chains & rod type wires are used to tie & secure with flatbed wagons. Atleast 4-5 chains are tied to Chassis & also both axles in such a way that obstructs a movement. These chains also provide Grounding & Earthing in trucks in case of any OHE Incident/Accident causing Current leakage/flow.
Also I suppose Truck drivers apply Parking/Hand brakes to prevent thrown out force movement during Train running in High speed on curves.

Not much incidents/Accidents from the beginning of the service, But 2 years back, one truck was thrown out of wagon & was fully damaged when train was negotiating Curve on Full speed near Ratnagiri.
