What are the new facilities premium trains of India can give to passengers to enhance their luxuary experience(consider 3A, 2A,3E, SL in premium trains like humsafer, Garib rath, Rajdhani, Tejas Rajdhani, State super fast SF, Sampark kranti and special premium trains)?

Forget new facilities, let them first give the old facility of only reserved passengers in these coaches.
