Yes it's RSA with Vindhyachal is not a old RSA previously it had RSA with BSL-ET Passenger. Since ET cannot take PM of more than 15 coach rake hence RSA with Vindhyachal was done. Also this does not have great end to end patronage. One of my RF friend travelled in it past week he told me that train was 50% occupied. This train can get speedup a little making avg speed of around 52kmph from RKMP till PRYJ by removing some halts and slack. I'd made an IMG train last year with same PCOI-ET Express.

Problem as this (current running train) is working as passenger for evening time in between ET-JBP i am unable to remove so many halts still tried to give only those i think appropriate.

You can check my IMG train's halt. I've chosen big and medium station/places halt and few smaller ones. from PRYJ to GAYA we can make this train halt like the RKMP-PRYJ section. Not too many halts but big and medium big stations like phulpur, gyanpur etc.
