there's going to be heavy stone pelting today/tomorrow on Congress MP/MLA's local houses.....congress's strong base @ entire North East & North Bengal is in severe doubt now :-/
When Manmohan Singh couldnt even provide trains to his assembly constituency better to dethrone him.

North East & North Bengal was/is/will always be neglected for any kind of development.
Siliguri has already got a Life Time Achievement award previous year by getting a Shatabdi Express.
Its like a poor person receives a Raymond Suit for his performance... :)

couple of year we saw some Trains/Project for North Bengal as previous RM was from Bengal.

If a new train is allocated for this region people start saying why a new train was required...
I will like to ask those people where you when no train was allocated for this region in previous railway budgets...
What is the condition of railways in North Bengal & North East...

Mamata Banerjee before her elections told that North Bengal shall be made as Switzerland,for that she made ally with Congress & won the Elections in west Bengal,now after getting elected she has broken all the ties with Congress & also No development being done in North BEngal..leave apart North East,that doesnt come inside he constituency,so nothing can be expected from her...But at least a Weekly train for KYQ-PUNE Should have been started....it's a long pending demand by Assam C.M. to all the subsequent R.M.'s

My points for making this trains a daily service.
----------------------------------------------------------
1. Student from east and north East go to South and West for higher Education and Jobs.
2. Patient go to Bangalore/Chennai for Medical Check Up.
Patient going for medical ground are very poor. Some hospitals
in South India provide excellent medical service with low cost.
3. Defence personal from South and West are deployed in North East.
It would be lot easier for then to go back to home and return back to duty
in a much convenient way.
4. Tourism can be increased which will increase the economy of the region.
