The memorandum also included requests to reinstate the Dhanbad-Ranchi Passenger, Dhanbad-Hatia Passenger, and Dhanbad-Chandrapura-Muri Passenger trains. Dhullu Mahto explained the geographical situation of his constituency and highlighted the closure of the Dhanbad-Chandrapura rail line since June 15, 2017, due to a fire. He mentioned his continuous efforts in advocating for the reopening of this line, including a 13-day protest and discussions with the former Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu. While the line was deemed safe and reopened, the DC train, considered its lifeline, remains non-operational. Mahto urged the Minister to resume operations of the DC train. The Railway Minister assured them of prompt action to resume the train services. He was impressed by the MLA's dedication, having been elected three times, and congratulated him, wishing him well in his political endeavors.

Isme Dhanbad-Ranchi Passenger, Dhanbad-Hatia Passenger, aur Dhanbad-Chandrapura-Muri Passenger trains ko phir se chalane ki bhi maang rakhti thi. Dhullu Mahto ne apne constituency ki geographical situation batayi aur bataya ki 15 June 2017 se Dhanbad-Chandrapura rail line fire ki wajah se band hai. Unhone bataya ki unhone is line ko phir se chalane ke liye 13 din tak zor se protest kiya aur pehle ke Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu se bhi baat ki. Line ko safe declare karke phir se chalane laga diya gaya hai, par iski lifeline jaisi DC train abhi tak nahi chal rahi. Mahto ne Minister se DC train ko phir se chalane ka request kiya. Railway Minister ne unhe jaldi se sabhi train services shuru karne ka assurance diya.
