Urgent Question: *********************
I have been trying to book ticket on 18029/LTT Shalimar Exp. from Kalyan to Shegaon for today. The availability on irctc is 2. However when I go and book at the end of transaction it gives a message - "No seats available: Transaction dropped". However when I again checked the availability it still shows 2. Can anybody please tell me if I am doing anything incorrectly?

I have a query regarding CKWL and WL. I have booked 2 tickets today for tomorrows travel on Pune-Ahmedabad Duronto exp. CK WL is 15 and general WL is 48. Can you please advise which would get cleared or near to clearing first?

Thanks for your information. Yes, it was for 3AC. GNWL got confirmed...whereas CKWL did not get confirmed.
I have a query...I have to come to Pune from Shegaon. However I could not find confirmed reservation in Azad Hind exp. So I have booked a ticket in Lucknow-Pune SF Exp from Bhusaval. My question is can I board any exp. train such as Howrah Mail / Azad Hind exp. from Shegaon to Bhusaval? Do I need to do a reservation for that? Azad Hind has 2 seats availabe in 2 AC but the fair for 2 - 1460/- seems to much for 1.5hrs journey. Please advise.

22696/Jaipur - Yesvantpur Premium Special
This was my first journey on any Premium trains. It was a nice journey from Ajmer to Pune.
First to talk about the train, the good thing is that the no. of stops is less and I think similar to that of a Rajdhani. The food is served on the train along with a mineral water bottle each day. Compared to Rajdhani the maintenance on this train is bit less. Also unlike Rajdhani there are no announcements in the train such as arrival on a station/ welcoming new...
