This type of U/R Coach is being used on rakes of Hubli/Dharwad to Solapur passenger trains and also for UBL- Bijapur Passenger Spl.
What are those Pole Structures beside Road? are they for carrying electric supply over head lines?
Thank you for sharing this good information. The Very important words in that are 1 Pit line and 6 Stabling lines with Bijapur station remodelling works by shifting Existing Goods platform facilities to Aliyabad station. Better they could have made plan to make Longer Pitline with Coach depot and train washing at Aliyabad itself by increasing one more PF at Bijapur station with more stabling lines.

Running or Stabling lines are useful for parking the idle rakes, Shunting the rakes backward ,forward, for Engine Reversals, Parking Emergency crane/hoist rakes etc.

Yes bro Possible. Golgumbaz is very near to station so you can catch any auto within 4-5 min you will be in front of Gol gumbaz gate.. Mr. Vinay given good idea by the way.
Yes thats true but CR should give importance to Golgumbaz Exp seeing its MG Era History atleast. They should allow it into CR terrirtory without making it halt at Hotgi for longer time due to which SWR making it be idle at Bijapur now a days instead of keeping it idle at Hotgi.
Brother it was Reintroduced in 2009 after Gadag Bijapur BG Line. before that it was running as SUR- SBC Meter Guage Golgumbaz Exp as a Prestigious train of this route.

Golgumbaz Exp can be terminated at Bijapur and instead YPR-BJP SPL to be made permanent normal Exp / SF and extend upto SUR making it as SUR-YPR SF Via BJP-GDG-HPT-HRR

Can Anyone Update the No of Originating / Terminating trains for Bijapur station as two new services restarted for Bijapur to Hyderabad Exp and Bijapur to Raichur pass. With Previous BJP-YPR Exp. BJP-MAJN Exp, BJP-UBL Intercity Exp, BJP-UBL Pass Spl. Waiting for BJP- CSTM FP Train also to start soon.

Pit line, Coaching Depot and Stabling lines at Aliyabad can be done to park the trains. The City is lagging in both state government development and rail infra development comparing to its Historical heritage sites to visit. Many ppl still dont aware of bijapur historical sites to visit and no proper transport facility to city.
I dont know in IRI why they showing 4 Originating or halting trains from BJP while from Departure / Arrival data it clearly shows 6 trains with star marks which originate / terminate at Bijapur. It shows lack of interest in concerned IRI members to update the correct details.
