Yo, NWR should totally start a new train service between Hisar and Secunderabad. It should go through Bhiwani, Rohtak, Delhi Safdarjung, Agra Cantt, Veerangana Laxmi Bai Jhansi Jn, Bhopal, Nagpur, Kazipet, and finally, Secunderabad. The coach composition should be EOG, HA1, A1, A2, B1, B2, B3, B4, B5, B6, PC, S6, S5, S4, S3, S2, S1, GS, GS, GS, GS, SLRD. Alternatively, they could just extend the Dakshin Exp all the way up to Hisar through Delhi Safdarjung station, Rohtak, and Bhiwani. And hey, if they extend Dakshin Exp, they gotta do away with that stop at Nizamuddin for good.
