Got to know this from my father, on 24.4.24 enquiry counter officials were saying 12021 Janshatabdi will depart but don't know when. This was happening repeatedly and people lost their cool. They broke the window panes. RPF had to come to the spot. This has become a daily affair for 12021/22, arrive late, depart late. Can't they just cancel one run and make it on time? And make it run very close to the schedule (if not exactly on the schedule) everyday? Oh sorry, obviously freight is the lifeline of SER, passenger trains are not at all important.

Well SER doesn't exactly have a Passenger Friendly Face to begin with except when it comes to dumping PM of Trains at Hatia CDO 😂.
This is what happens when one concentrates 2 Zonal HQ's in one city. Officials don't care about anything. Majaal hai Prayagraj Express ya Gorakhdham Express ke saath aisa kuch ho.
Kalesh karwana chahte hai toh ho jaane do kalesh, Garden Reach mein 2- 3 High Ranking officials jhelenge tab shayad kuch ho.

Incompetence will lead to such issues.
Stations with well optimised Operations can handle large traffic efficiently.
Surat being the prime example handling passing as well as Originating Trains with limited platforms and incredible rush throughout.
Kalyan, Mathura, Ghaziabad all handle multiple profiles of trains ranging from Premium Vande Bharat to MEMU etc.

Yeh bataiye Jan Shatabdi Originally Jalna se chali thi ? Aurangabad (Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar) se bhi toh extend karwai thi Jalna ne.

"Typical Bihari" is, learn the basic difference between these two before taking Singular Words out of context according to your convenience.

वंदेभारत ट्रेनों में पानी में कटौती। यात्रियों को अब 1 लीटर की जगह 500 ML की बोतल मिलेगी। दोबारा मांगने पर यात्री को फिर 500 ML बोतल मुफ्त मिलेगी। रेलवे का तर्क– "कुछ यात्री पानी पूरा खर्च नहीं करते। इससे पानी की बरबादी होती है"
