SL/3A seems to be difficult. You can try 15930 NTSK - TBM Express for tomorrow in 1A( could be confirmed )or 2A(may move into RAC). Book from NTSK - TBM and change BP to RNY.

IMO, need of the hour is quadrupling of DDU-PNBE-JAJ-STN section with Suburban service between BXR/ARA - PNBE - MKA/RGD/IPR with PNBE/DNR - SEE/HJP/CPR & PNBE - GAYA, under Suburban network. Tripling of PNBE - GAYA is also required.

Given Hazaribagh's historical as well as current importance, after the Kuju-Ranchi Road link up is complete, a Vande Bharat could be tried out between HWH/SDAH & HZBN.
Hazaribagh has a lot of prospective travellers, the plethora of buses running too and from it, gives a brief insight into it's capabilities.
A dedicated connectivity from HZBN with the biggest city in the region, is definitely the need of the hour!

NR proposing for diversion of 22323/24 Shabd Bhedi Express via - ASN, PNBE, DLN. If accepted, again KOAA/ASN/DHN/GAYA would loose one train towards BSB. Also, they have proposed for it's conversion to Amrit Bharat Express(again without AC or Amrit Bharat with AC coaches as announced by RM recently).
Hope that the proposal is rejected.

22323/24 is actually a HWH - BSB train only. Only thing is that it terminates at GCT. For GCT and PNBE, isn't 13121/22 KOAA - GCT Express the natural choice given it's timing?
Shabd Bhedi should continue to run via GC and BSB. If reversal is a problem, could be diverted and run between KOAA - AYC/LJN/LKO/GTNR with increase in frequency.
