Thanks to Vande Bharat the MPS of whole ubl-sbc sector is increased. Other trains can be speeded up by taking advantage of the MPS and LHB coaches.

Silverline has been dropped, And the first to oppose it was the people.And I agree to your points,That we must accept the fact that Kerala hasn't got much rail infra.But SR plays a common factor in these,They won't propose new terminal and lines.Tvc is congested, But SR won't allow Nemom to be fully constructed. PGT divn fault is that it did not construct a single terminal.ERS is saturated and needs new pitlines but SR won't allow.Even Kovai needs additional terminal. I am not against TN,Infact I want both of them to grow.Lets bury the hatche shall we

KR hasn’t developed a terminal or has watering facilities in its ka. territory. They always oppose intrastate trains. There is no benefit of KR to karnataka. KR should be merged with swr and cr for benefit of passengers and development of infrastructure.

Like u say KR is boon Goa, for Kannadigas it is a bane. SWR covers major part of karnataka and even though few major towns/ cities are out of its jurisdiction still it tries to provide connectivity to the capital. KR has only developed facilities north of karwar and karwar is a namesake division which doesnt even have watering facilities. Give karnataka region of KR to SWR and take vsg from SWR.
KR is running and maintaining trains for north of mao. Coastal karnataka is deprieved of basic facilities. Why should coastal karnataka provide land when KR cant run a single train or provide slot for karnataka based trains.
The infrastructure which SWR or IR zones cant be provided by KRCL. Please come to karnataka and see the way doubling and electrification are happening. Even if vsg comes under KR , Mao will the hub of al passenger trains. If u go by history, mangalore port was supposed to be part of KRCL but look what IR did, Vsg was purposely made part of SWR to take care of the freights. I certainty want vsg to have connection to different cities in the country. But the hate towards SWR is unnecessary.

In CR, stations south of pune are neglected. CR may be a better option and can push some trains from panvel or Mumbai area to VSG. In that case all VSG based trains will run via ratnagiri. CR may not introduce trains to east of Goa and cancellation of south bound trains from Kolhapur, miraj is a good example.

But now the train has been CANCELLED with no prior intimation. Years roll on but SWR has not learnt its lesson yet. KK gets delayed and Mail pays the price. All this to make outgoing KK run on time which will eventually get delayed enroute. Pathetic that they cant even have a spare rake on standby. What will happen to 12657 today? Holiday season is nearing and IR is least bothered about this situation.

Feels good to hear that. Nowadays SWR is giving top priority to ubl and bjp.
I have seen a lot of ICF rakes in hubli, area between navlur to belagavi. similarly in gdg-bjp section. May be they are undergoing POH at Ubl.
