are required to be shared to have a Complete knowledge about the TM of WAP-7 as well as WAG-9 . One thing needs to be cleared in Loco Drop Down here I find "WAP-7i" . WAP-7i & WAP-7 is not different. Niether WAP-7i is a separate Loco Class. As a matter of Fact WAP-7 used two types of Semiconductors
1 GTO( Gate Turn off Thyristor)----- A semiconductor device used in all WAP-7 & WAP-5 & WAG-9s manufactured prior to Aug 2016 then GTO is stopped permanently but at that time IGBT based WAP-7 & WAP-5 & WAG-9s also rolled out from CLW

2 IGBT( Insulated-gate bipolar transistor) ------ A semiconductor device used in all WAP-7 & WAP-5 & WAG-9s manufactured after AUG 2016 & now only IGBT based WAP-7 & WAP-5 & WAG-9s also rolled out from CLW

BTW it is seen from many sources that link of 12245/12246 HWH YPR DURONTO EXP has been upgraded to TATA WAP-7 FROM SRC WAP-4, but do not know whether TATA WAP-7 Link is "PERMANENT" for this train or not but many Videos are seen in Web where TATA WAP-7 hauls 12245/12246

One more TATA WAP-7 is now transferred to SRC Loco No : 30601 whose OWNERSHIP has been changed recently.
Though IRFCA Records shows that it is a TATA WAP-7 but the Official Loco Database of Indian Railways Confirms that WAP-7 30601 is now owned by SRC.

per E-Loco records now total count of WAP-7 holding of SRC is 11 though it will again change to 13 inclusive of 30614 & 30609 or may be 18 if the 5 TATA p-7 transferred to SRC permanently as in the year 2012 TATA WAP-4 was transferred to SRC
