China mei bhi 1990s tak zones aur divisions ka system hua karta thha aur tab unki Railway koi zyada developed nahi thhi apne IR se. Unhone zones ka system hatakar sara power divisional level distribute kar diya. Aaj aapko result khud hi dikh raha hai

Because maybe I believe in constructive criticism and not blatant criticism.
Maine us paragraph mei ek baar bhi nahi bola ki NCR worst hai. Why derive conclusions when nothing of that sort is mentioned? Maine bas SECR ki tareef ki hai ... Aur upar maine China mei 400 km/h waali trains ka link bhi dala ... Mai unlogo mei se nahi hu jo sirf kuchh bhi bolte rehte hain ... Kuchh bola hun uska reason hoga kuchh ...
