1. Jhansi-Delhi section is already filled with plenty of premium trains. 5 set of Rajdhani, 3 Durontos, 1 Gatimaan, 1 Vande Bharat, and 1 Shatabdi. for smooth travel people even board Taj, Kerala, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu Express type trains. Introduction of one more VB may give no different results.

Gita Jayanti can't be speed up because it is used by majority of daily pax between Mathura and Kurukshetra, I myself have boarded this train many times when it used to run from MTJ, It gives almost jam packed when it reaches Kosi Kalan. Covid mein I travelled in this train when it got extended to KURJ.

3. Gita Jayanti can't be made faster 'cause it's mostly used by regular folks going between Mathura and Kurukshetra. I've personally taken this train many times when it used to start from MTJ station. Trust me, it gets super crowded by the time it reaches Kosi Kalan. I even travelled on it during the COVID times when it got extended to KURJ.
