Yes, you are absolutely correct. Also as per @gt1092 Mumbai Rajdhani should stop in Gwalior rather than in Jhansi as per Citi's population. But, it will have to again take a technical halt in Jhansi for Crew change and other stuff.
Its better to remove halt from AGRA Cant and provide a halt in Gwalior.
In fact, Agra is near to Mathura, so Agra people should prefer 12954, august kranti rajdhani to travel towards Mumbai. This will save their time too.

Yes, you are right, most of the trains ruined by unnecessary demands of MPs and other representatives. I think, initiative started by Jhansi division to remove unnecessary and temporary halt will do a lot hhelp to spped up railways.
This should be adapted by other divisions also.

Joke ban gyi ye post to, Gita Jayanti Express ko to bhul hi gye sab.
Actually, Jhansi has better connectivity and multiple options to reach Mumbai when compared with GWL. So better to replace the halt of 22222 from JHS with GWL. And if this is not possible, then halt of 22222 should get removed from AGC and let the people of AGC to travel to MTJ to board 12954.
By this way, people of AGC will reach Mumbai in much better time and also covering more sub-urban stations like BVI, Andheri...

So in short, if you want to keep halt in Jhansi then remove AGC Halt.

Itna bolne ki jarurat nhi he ki kon purana he or kon naya. Aisa kitna deeply samajhte bhai tum IR ko???
Or sun bhai, Don't target me on personal basis. Mai Ratlam se bahar nikalke hi Jhansi or Gwalior ki baat kar rha hu. Yaad rakhna, history can change. Jhansi ke konse pride ki baat kar rhe tum? UP me ho tum, railways ke liye accidents ka state. Aadhe se jyada junctions to bina kaam ke bana rakhe.
