Why in South Railway Zone Chennai Egmore-Villupuram-Tiruchchirappalli via Kumbakonam is known as main line which have many branch lines & single line but Villupuram-Tiruchchirappalli has double line but called as chord line. Reason for this ?

Why surat has only migrants towards UP/Bihar not others states & only surat or other city in Gujarat have migrants towards UP/bihar ? To which city surat needs more trains ?

For this train doesn't need pitlines at NZB; PFTR is sufficient and possible to extend upto Karimnagar via Nizamabad & few year backs Warangal locals ask to extend upto Kazipet.

• In olden days Britishers wanted to lay a new railway line to Srikakulam Town but at that time the Brahmins/locals in the Srikakulam Town opposed for railway line as they were fear about the sounds of locos/trains so britishers withdraws the project, if the project came exists we have a terminal station at Srikakulam Town.
• Now the locals of Srikakulam Town demands for new railway station at Srikakulam Head Quarters.
• Better to lay a new railway line to Srikakulam Town with a branch line between Ponduru to Dusi to connect...
