You are seeing so much vacants but in reality all those seats will be occupied with unreserved tickets because currently labourers are laying from 2-3 days in station like Saharsa,Purnea,darbhanga for going to Punjab mostly are workers they are not well informed and mostly just took general ticket to travel.
