Parbhani was part of Nizam state and in fact prior to independence this track was part of Nizam " Nizam's Guaranteed State Railway". Even after independence and even now Parbhani is part of South Central Railway headquartered at Secunderabad, so influence of Telugu is quite obvious. In fact many railway staff personnel are Telugu on this track. I think Nizam and Telangana connection explains Telugu and Urdu.
