As of now no good train. Dakshin exp and KTK sampark Kranti express are good but always full. Lets wait till the new tri -weekly express between Nagpur and Secunderabad is introduced.

Duronto concept is unlikely to find any takers. Though soem Durontos have been successful.
In view of limiting capacities, the existing services can be made use of:
Hutatma Express - could be extended to LTT or Dadar
Nagpur - Pune express from tri weekly to daily

Let people from SUR alight in pune, if they wish to. There is no service after at that time between Pune and Mumbai, this extension can provide just that needed connection.

If a Jan Shatabdi is introduced between KOP and DR (day time), it will immensely benefit travellers to pune and mumbai
RSA can be changed, if you recall earlier, Hutatma express was running as Pune - Karjat Pass. If its a good facility, railways can chaneg the RSA
