TODAY’s S. E. RAILWAY TRAINS CANCELLED
The following trains of South Eastern Railway have been cancelled due to derailment in Kanpur–Tundla Section of North Central Railway.
• 12439 Ranchi–New Delhi Rajdhani Express leaving Ranchi today (28.12.16) has been cancelled.
• 12817 Hatia–Anand Vihar Jharkhand Swarnajayanti Express leaving Hatia today (28.12.16) has been cancelled.

12440 finally cancelled for 30th Dec which is very surprising though 12439 had complete 1 day to cover running lapses. at the same time 12454/12453 was more prioritised

I feel 12453/12454 seems to be even more prioritized , 12440 finally cancelled for 30th December , because 12439 rake did not start on 28th Dec from Ranchi, though it had 1 day bufer time to fill runing lapses ,also at same time same rake was used compensate late running 12454/12453 . pathetic Railway Zonal politics. Travellers are paying price surging with 4 months Advance rEservation and finally train gets cancelled on last day. RNC division has old relation with controversies 12877/12878 garib Rath was initially scheduled to run through BKSC and everything was printed in Railway Time table , but at last moment due to some political effect train was moved to run via Daltonganj with no day via bksc, GMO

While booking a ticket on the 02353 BNC Premium Exp . I had by mistake put in the Id Type as Passport instead of PAN Card ,though the Id number was typed in as PAN CARD. What is the work around to get this corrected for the journey .Please reply on Priority

vishalrkanth 5 blog postsChange in run schedule of 12439 from Sunday to Saturday is very unfortunate for the passengers boarding RNC-NDLS rajdhani train from Bokaro . As of now there will be no Rajdhani from Bokaro on Sunday . Many passengers used to board train on friday from Delhi to reach Bokaro on Saturday and leave back for Delhi from Bokaro on Sunday making maximum use of weekend holiday.
