I think this train just halts for nearly 3-4hrs somewhere in between Yadgir & Wadi.

Ironically, the TT of 16381/82 hasn't undergone any major revision despite the developments happening along its route; advances in doubling, electrification etc has done precious little to improve its run or reduce the travel time.
Incidentally, commissioning of Konkan route & addition of many new trains have seen end to end passengers deserting 16381/82. So CAPE - CSMT - CAPE Jayanti Janata continues to run a leisurely pace, serving passengers travelling to stations enroute, who are left with hardly any alternatives.

Same is the plight of 56715/16 PUU - CAPE - PUU passenger trains too. Despite plying at peak hours, it rarely arrives with even 10 coaches.
Wish it had RSA with some passenger service operated by TVC, as those trains generally have 14 coaches.

Anyway, guess station codes 'TVU' & 'TVD' are available for these new station names, if needed(as both TVN & TVS already exist)!!

16345/46 would've been already running with LHB rakes, if TVC resorted to such practical ways earlier.
Three rakes intended for conversion of Nethravati to LHB are stabled at IPL/KPY/QLN for last many days. Believe TVC needs just a handful of coaches more to convert 4 rakes of 16345/46 to LHB.

Something has happened it seems; suddenly TVC has sprung into action & new rakes are getting inspected at ERS/ERM too.
May be, we'll see those rakes idling at IPL/KPY/QLN as 16345/46 soon(Heard there are no offers of more LHB rakes to the division; so they might be feeling relieved!).

As per official PR, CC of 12697/98 is:
2A - 1, 3A - 5, SL - 11, GS - 2, PC - 1 & RRM - 2(total 22 coaches)
instead of present 2A - 1, 3A - 5, SL - 12, GS - 2, PC - 1, SLR - 2(23 coaches).

No point discussing about that released ICF rake.
Within next few days, you'll see a TVC - MAS Special fare (one way) special taking all these coaches to SR/HQ. May be we can discuss if it's going to take QLN/PGT route or NJT/TEN/MDU route!!

But the vacancy position after charting for 12697 today shows 6 Third A/c (B1 - B6) & 10 SL coaches(S1 - S10).
May be they'll replace a 3A Coach with SL when it is operating as TVC VRL tomorrow.

Really wonder if TVC will bother altering CC of 16333/34 & 12697/98 for every trip; might see the rake operating with 6 A/c 3 tier and 11 SL(total 23 coaches) eventually.

Maveli/12602/22637 rake is already Utkrisht.

Wish they ran a TVC - JP Special fare special so that passengers benefit, instead of dispatching that rake empty all the way.
